This hospital was founded in 1997 and dedicated for the public utility on 1/4/1997 by the Most Rev. Dr. Vasanth P. Dandin M. A., B. D., D. D. the then moderator of CSI. This hospital was dedicated with the greatest love and affection in memory of Indrani Chelladhurai (1/12/1953 - 1/4/1955), beloved daughter of Mr. A. Chelladhurai and Mrs. Lily darling chelladhurai. This hospital building was donated by a mother who lost her precious child want of medical aid.

"You save a man, you save one life! You save a child, you save a generation!!" The Inpatient facility was also donated by Bellpins family and dedicated on 20/11/2007 by Rt. Rev. Jeyapaul David (Bishop of Tirunelveli Diocese) in the presence of Mr.ADJC Thinakar (Lay secretary) and Mr. Vijayasingh (Bellpins group)

The Divine Healer chapel adorning the campus was dedicated for the patients’ individual prayers and staff devotions on 23/10/2014 by the then Bishop of CSI Tirunelveli Diocese, Rt. Rev. Dr. J. J. Christdoss M. A., B. D., M. Th., D. D. in the presence of Mrs. J. S. Hannah Packiaraj (VTP Co-ordinator), Dr. Jeyam Juliet (Medical superintendent) and Rev. Gibson Johndoss (Manager)
